The 24th Annual Circles Luncheon
This year the Circles Luncheon will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at the VBC Saturn Ballroom.
Come early to shop the Vendor Marketplace beginning at 10:00 AM, then join us for lunch at 12:00 PM and an inspiring program featuring bestselling Huntsville author Robert Bailey.
Tickets must be purchased by Friday, October 16, 2026.

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Robert Bailey, a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and Huntsville native whose books include legal thrillers, the Max Ringo and Jason Rich series, and the inspirational novel The Golfer’s Carol.
Drawing on decades of experience as a civil defense trial lawyer in Huntsville, Robert’s books reflect a keen sense of justice and a deep understanding of what drives people to fight for those they love. He lives in Huntsville with his wife, children, and beloved menagerie of pets.

Parking at the VBC costs $10.00. The VBC is a cashless facility, accepting only card and mobile payments. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No cash payments are accepted for parking.
- Saturn Hall Parking Lot (P1): Access from Clinton Avenue. Convenient for Saturn Hall, Rhythm on Monroe, Mars Music Hall, Mark C. Smith Concert Hall, and Playhouse.
- South Hall Parking Garage (P2): Covered garage with access from Clinton Avenue via Pollard Street. Provides indoor access to all venues.
- Parking Lot V (P5): Access from Clinton Avenue. Convenient for Saturn Hall, Rhythm on Monroe, Mars Music Hall, and South Hall.
Doors will open at 10 am for shopping with local vendors and time to visit with other guests.
Lunch will begin at noon. Guests will enjoy a motivating keynote speech from Justice Harold Melton and hear success stories from our students while they enjoy lunch.
The program will end at 1 pm.
Yes, the Circles Luncheon includes a delicious plated lunch. The meal will start with a fresh salad, followed by a plate of hot food (exact menu to be determined), and conclude with a delightful dessert. Guests can indicate any dietary restrictions when purchasing tickets to ensure everyone’s needs are accommodated.
Vendors will offer various items, including jewelry, home decor, art, clothing, and more. It’s the perfect opportunity to start Christmas shopping or treat yourself to something special.
The suggested dress code for the Circles Luncheon is business casual.
If you are unable to attend the Circles Luncheon, you can still support us by making a donation through our website or volunteering your time and skills.
Tickets can be purchased online beginning September 16. If you prefer, you can send a check with your reply card from your invitation. If you would like to be added to the invitation mailing list, please email your physical address to mlogan@cwjc.net.
